We ship via trusted couriers in India (or internationally, where available). Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within our standard processing timeframe. Delivery timelines depend on the courier and destination. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the parcel to the courier. However, we recommend insuring your shipment.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our 30-Day Returns Policy (see page). This policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must follow the return process and ensure items are in original condition (unused, undamaged, full packaging) to qualify.
