30‑Day Returns Policy

At Multi Star Jewellers, our customers’ satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Because jewellery is precious and personal, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange an item. Our 30‑Day Returns Policy is designed to give you peace of mind, knowing that if something isn’t quite right, you have a clear, fair path to resolution.

Scope & Eligibility

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.multistarjewellers.com, including full-price and promotional items, unless explicitly excluded in a product listing. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in original condition — unused, unworn, undamaged, with all tags and original packaging intact (including boxes, pouches, certificates, etc.). Custom or personalized jewellery (e.g. engraved pieces, custom designs, or made-to-order items) may be non-returnable or subject to special conditions — please refer to the individual product listing or contact us in advance. Beware that the return window is strictly enforced. If we receive a return request after the 30-day period, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at returns@multistarjewellers.com (or use our contact form) within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and your reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions
    Once we verify your request and confirm eligibility, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and email you the return instructions, including the address and packaging guidelines.
  3. Pack Carefully & Ship Back
    Use the original packaging, protective padding, and include all tags, certificates, and accessories. Insure the shipment for full value (we recommend using a tracked, insured courier). On your return label or documents, clearly write the RA number.
  4. Inspection & Processing
    Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the item. If it passes inspection (no damage, wear, or missing parts), we will proceed with your refund or exchange.
  5. Refund or Exchange
    Refunds: We’ll refund the purchase amount (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error) back to your original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days after inspection.
    Exchange: If you requested an exchange (e.g. a different design or size), once the returned item is approved, we’ll ship the replacement to you at no extra product-shipping cost (you may need to pay any price difference).
Exceptions & Special Cases

Sale items & Discounts: Items purchased with special discounts, flash sales, or promotional pricing may be non-returnable or may only be eligible for store credit, at our discretion. Unless otherwise stated, these items carry the same 30-day return eligibility.
Custom Orders: As noted earlier, engraved, monogrammed, or custom-design items may not be eligible for return—unless there’s a defect or error on our part.
Damage in Transit / Defects: If the item arrives damaged or is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos. In this case, we’ll arrange for a return and replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: In rare situations where an item shows signs of wear or is missing parts, we may deduct a restocking fee from the refund or refuse the return entirely.
